You'll get the best results if you use a balanced fertilizer with an NPK ratio of 1-1-1 or 2-1-1.

I also use some fertilizers for my beloved monstera, and I've found some that really help its growth. Dyna-Gro Grow and Maxsea Bloom Booster are two of them. I've found that they work best when used during the growing season in spring and summer.
